Clean Break Foods founder Chef Nina Rualo knows her gourmet food. Along with the top chefs in the United States, Chef Nina is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA). A classically trained pastry chef with nearly two decades of executive service in sixteen of the United States’ top restaurants, she is never willing to sacrifice good taste.
Chef Nina has been an integral part of some of the world’s most renowned kitchens—Aqua (Bellagio Las Vegas), Nobhill Tavern (MGM Grand Las Vegas), BOA (Santa Monica and Sunset Blvd.), STK (Los Angeles), Scarpetta (Beverly Hills, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and the Fontainebleau South Beach) among others—and has worked alongside top chefs Michael Mina, Scott Conant, Gordon Ramsay, and more.
Over the course of her career, Chef Nina has served as a pastry chef, executive pastry chef, chef de cuisine, corporate chef and executive chef. Beyond the restaurant setting, she is also a personal chef and nutrition consultant to high profile private clients ranging from Hollywood stars and NFL players to professional bodybuilders.
